Good morning P1, 2 and 3.
I’m sure you are doing lots of fun activities to keep you fit and healthy and I would love to find out all about it. I have attached an exercise log that you can fill in. Things you might include could be participating in Joe Wicks, Oti Mabuse, Go Noodle, Cosmic Yoga or JumpStart Jonny. Completing any of the games, fitness activities or athletics challenges I have posted, going for a family walk or playing games in your garden.
I also have a link to West Lothian Primary School P.E. teacher’s twitter. On here there are fun daily challenges that you can try out with all your family. I’ll certainly be giving them a go!
