P.E - 19th May
Good Morning P1, 2 and 3.
For P.E. today I have a Disney work out for you to try. Before you begin, make sure you are in a safe space and are supervised by an adult.
Start with a warm up, some jogging on the spot or maybe a go noodle track.
DISNEY WORKOUT
Try each of the 7 exercises 10 times. Have a rest then repeat if you still have some energy left. You could play some Disney music in the back ground too.
Have fun keeping fit.
